cashback declined by quidco

Hi there,

 

I signed up TalkTalk from Quidco last year because of the £93.75 cashback. It was not tracked properly and I asked here to get the order number so I can log the missing claim.

After almost one year I got an email from Quicdo saying the claim has been declined.

The email says: 'On this occasion, the retailer has declined your cashback claim advising us that the order number you have provided on the claim form doesn't match an order purchased using Quidco.'

 

I don't understand this. This is the thread I posted to get the order number for Quidco claim.

Then talktalk rejected this saying order number does not match. Could you please advise?

It has been two month and still no updates from TalkTalk since they asked me to answer some question through a link about some telephone enquiry password. 🙄
