Yes but TalkTalk shouldn't be using such a spammy third party button that gets blocked because it tracks you. I can't think of any other websites I use where the buttons don't appear until I disable my ad blocker.
Make sure any ad blockers are disabled though otherwise the Chat now button won't appear.
