I've been migrated from Shell broadband, but my login on Talk Talk shows an old account disconnected on 15-12-2014 and so I cannot access my account

Hi @Ian_philip

 

I have de-registered the old account can you re-register for My Account following the normal process via the my account website www.talktalk.co.uk/login/ using the email address you want to use.

Moving this to the billing section for you, @Ian_philip.

 

Staff will need to remove the old account and then you can reregister.

 

They like you to use a non Talktalk email address for billing purposes, by the way.
