I need to start the moving home process but it says my 'account is in the process of being closed' but my cantract still has 1 year left to run ? 

Can anyone help please

Sorry that you are having problems. 

 

There isn't a cancellation on the account, best option would be to call us on 03451720088 and speak to the homemove team.

 

They can help.

I'll move this to the billing section as it is something that needs checking in My Account.
