HI willpool

I suspect the extra charges are pro rata charges from the time the switch happened to the next bill.

Your are showing as not registered in My Account can you register your new account. https://www.talktalk.co.uk/login/

On checking your account the monthly bill is set at £22,  you may have to contact us and ask to speak to the Shell migration team, they are supposed to transfer the exact price plan over from shell to the account with us.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused

You can check your charges by viewing your itemised bill in My Account.

You may find you had a boost, such as anytime calls, at a reduced rate for a promotional period that has now expired.

Your initial £20 would have been subject to a price rise in April. You can check your previous bills too to see if this was the case. The increase was around 10% which would be around £2.

If you need to renegotiate your monthly costs, I'd suggest phoning the Loyalty Team.
