Morning, First of all can I say what a crap system you have, been trying to get things sorted for the last 4 days.
First call was telephone and was put on the what’s app system, this is also a joke as I now been diverted to 5 different people and now being ignored.
problem is I left talktalk on the 31st December 2024 and you even switched all things off as the router was flashing.
put my new suppliers router in and all working fine.
so what I want you to do is close my account please. Thankyou.

Hi @Martin117 your account will be closed down once invoices are settled and any requested equipment returns completed. Final invoicing often involves credits so be sure to keep any direct debits active for a while longer.
