Over the last few weeks I'm noticing when ever it rains or overly windy my internet connection constantly drops. I don't notice any of this when the weather isn't bad. Any advice?

Hi Palmer0101

You can connect the router in your usual set up if you would prefer.

Thanks

Thank you. Shall I leave it in the test socket ?

Message 16 of 21

Hi Palmer0101

Thank you. The line test is detecting the same fault so I have passed this straight over to Openreach to be investigated by a line engineer.

We should receive further updates from Openreach within the next 48-72hrs. I will also monitor for additional updates.

Thanks again.

Debbie

go ahead, Ive just connected it to the test socket.

Message 18 of 21

Hi Palmer0101

Would it be ok to connect the router at the test socket so I can run one more line test?

I can then pass this over to Openreach if the same fault is detected.

Thanks

Message 19 of 21

No it's not in the test socket and yeah I can hear noise when making a call.

Hi Palmer0101

I'm sorry to hear this.

I've completed a line test which has detected a potential fault.

Are you experiencing any faults with the landline service when making calls? (noise)

Is the router at the test socket at the moment?
