My new package is not activated when it should of been activated today l have no internet my daughter can’t do her lessons for uni it is very frustrating no one is helping

Hi its a new package with talk talk from the previous one l have been a customer for 12 years never had a problem like this

Really sorry to see this, is this a new package with TalkTalk from a previous one, or have you just joined as a new customer? The support team on here will hopefully pick this up tomorrow and assist.
