The line has been tested by an engineer and I have carried out all the checks possible at home but the router is still flashing orange. The link in my account does not take me through to live chat. What is the next step.?

You don't need to be logged into My Account to find Live Chat, @Frustrateduser5.

 

It should be available from any link that shows the blue button, and then pass some security checks:

Opening hours are shown.

 

Further down you can see Opening Hours for phone support on 03451 720088. They close earlier, and are not open on Sundays unless you have accessibility / vulnerability needs.
