Dear Whomever it may concern,
I am writing as our internet is not working.
We paid our bill on 23/2/24 and it says we haven't paid even though we have and our broadband is not on.
Please could you help.

@Charlottedavies90, staff won't be back on here before Monday morning.
First of all try switching off the router for fully 30 minutes. When you switch it back on, you should find it working.
