Hello,
I've been able to work from home using a PPTP VPN (with MS-CHAP v2) but all of a sudden it is no longer working. I can connect with the same VPN from my mobile network and tethering to the PC I usually work from, but no longer from my home's internet connection.
I noticed a few others with this issue but the solution or firmware upgrade was given in private messages so I can't seem to do anything from my end. I'm guessing I'm suffering from the same issue and my router upgraded its firmware which appears to not allow these VPN connections.

So that I can locate your account on our system and pick this issue up for you, please can you add your Account number or Home phone number to your 'Community Profile'.
If you are a Full Fibre customer, please add your FTTP reference or FTTP order Number to your profile.
If you have difficulty providing the above information, please add the Account Holders name, House number and postcode to the Private Notes section that is located at the bottom of your 'Community Profile'
