Hi,
If I were to cancel my talktalk contract (due to poor service); I know I would incur cancellation charges, but would I also pay the remaining months charges for the package as well.
Your team do not have the answers when I call or the line is breaking up and I cannot hear anyone properly or the line is just silent (calling from Talktalk landline).

Sorry that you are unhappy, and have decided to leave.
I can see the cancel request on your account, as of today the cancellation charge is £71.09.

No, any early termination charges are instead of rather than in addition to normal monthly package costs and are calculated as shown in the following link:
