I had a 'Live Chat' some weeks ago, about the Cancellation fees applicable if I cancelled my Talk Talk Package, Contract expires in August. From Memory, the exit fees were quoted at about £30.
However, I can't find any record of the Chat in my Account, nor the Transcript in my emails, which I would have certainly asked for.
So, I am trying to access Live Chat again, but there doesn't seem to be any way to do so ?
Any ideas how I can contact somebody at TalkTalk ?

You need to call 0345 172 0088 to get a cancellation processed.
The fees are also on that page.
