I recently placed an order for broadband and have been assigned an engineer appointment but the day is not suitable. Please could you help me rearrange it.

If you call they will be able to make the change as there si plenty of time to move it, it will be after the 26th its very difficult to move the appointment earlier that the original date.

Hi Arne,
Appointment is for 26 Feb. The "unable to change appointment" message has been showing everytime I've tried since the order was made. Perhaps it is 48 months required to change an appointment? I guess I will have to bite the bullet and call the support number..

When is the appointment for? we need at least 48 hours to change an appointment.

Thanks for your reply. I believe that calling that number from my mobile would cost me. Is there a freephone number or could I arrange for someone to call me?
Do you know why the 'Change Appointment' button just opens a pop-up that says "We're unable to change your appointment at this time"? And why the Live Chat button opens a chat window that nobody responds to?
Please could these buttons be removed from the website until they have a function, so as not to confuse people.
