For queries about your TalkTalk broadband service.

As others are experiencing in multiple posts in the past few weeks, I am also having the same issue with Cisco AnyConnect. My work laptop fails to connect via my home TalkTalk Router (FAST 5364-3.T8). My personal laptops, which don't use Cisco Anyconnect, are fine. I am able to connect my work laptop via other (non TalkTalk) routers and hotspots. I first noticed the issue on 27th Sept, but it could have occurred earlier, as I have been away.
WiFi Hub Router firmware is SG4K100202
Are you able to resolve this issue please?
Thank you.

Thank you. I will retry it this evening and will let you know. Based on other posts, I'm optimistic! Thanks

Hi @Duckman456
Apologies for this.
I've made a change to your router firmware, please can you retest?
Thanks
Debbie

Thank you for your reply. I will be leaving the router on, so await with interest to see if the firmware gets rolled back. Do you know what will stop it automatically being 'updated' to the dodgy version again in the near future?

Leave the router switched on - when staff pick up your thread after the weekend they'll be able to roll back the firmware. It means a few minutes of downtime, though, so if any time on Monday is unsuitable, let them know, @Duckman456.
