Hi, am also having the same issue.  My company uses Cisco AnyConnect to establish a VPN connection to their network it stopped working yesterday.  I contacted support, but the agent was unable to resolve my issue.  I have a Wi-Fi Hub 2 and firmaware version SG4K100202.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Regards

Stephen

Hi @louisemckay11

Thank you. I've made a change to your router firmware, please can you retest?

Hi,

I have updated my details to include my name and landline number.

I'm not sure what you mean by the VPN protocol? It's the CISCO Anyconnect Secure Mobility Client.

Thanks.

Hi @louisemckay11

Please can you add your name and TalkTalk landline number to your Community Profile, we can then take a look at this for you.

Our Devices Team have asked if you are able to confirm your VPN Protocol/SW Version, as this will help our Devices Team with their investigations?
