Cisco AnyConnect no longer works

Hi,

 

I work for a large public sector company within their IT. Myself and other users who are with TalkTalk can’t get connected onto the VPN through the Cisco AnyConnect client. It has nothing to do with the IT at our end and is definitely a change made by TalkTalk.

 

I have tried a hard reset and all of the usual, it’s critical that I get this working. 

can anyone in TalkTalk push out a firmware update or anything to my router? If it gets resolved, I will cancel my switch over to Sky (costing me £200; so really don’t want to switch) but I need this sorted asap.

I'm so glad to hear this.

 

Our Devices Team are still working on this issue with the new firmware so it should be fully resolved soon.

I am having an identical issue. Since 17/9 I have not been able to access CISCO AnyConnect through my TalkTalk internet, despite having no issues previously. Any firmware update or any other solution to this would be much appreciated as I am unable to work from home until this problem is resolved.
