Hi,

My Cisco Anyconnect VPN is still not working since Thursday 19th September.

Other household connections are fine.

Unable to work from home.

Can somebody outline what I need to do, to rectify and solve.

Router is an older router - D-Link - DSL-3782 Model.

Hello,

This version of firmware should work fine with VPN. Does this happen if you connect both wired and wireless? Have you tried contacting your IT department directly to see if they can offer any advice?

Thanks

Michelle

Hi Debbie,

I've powered down for half an hour and no change.  Is it possible my previous D-Link - DSL-3782 Model, fell outside the scope of the problem between CiscoAnyconnect and Talk-Talk, and that it may instead be another issue instead?

Are there any other remedies or should i take my laptop back to my employer?

The reload screen attached seems to be permanently stuck perhaps? Blue reload button isnt doing anything.  Ive included some other attachments. To give a picture of restrictions detected.

Please advise any other remedies you may have available.

Regards

Helsy F

Hi @HelsyF

Your router is on the correct firmware version for the VPN issue.

Please can try powering down your router for a full 30 minutes?

Hi Guys,

New Router up and running. Thanks for the prompt delivery. No current line faults.

Other devices still working fine. But, Cisco Anyconnect not connecting with Talk-Talk.

So what do I do now?

New Router is SAGEMCOM (FAST 5364-3.T8).

Do I now need an action on the line to enhance and connect with Cisco Anyconnect?

Any help and assistance most welcome.

Thanks Keith and Karl,

Karl do you need me to do anything or do you have all my details.

What would be the estimated delivery time for a new router?

This is a known problem, but not with this router. It is older as you say & could benefit from being updated.

I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and investigate/replace it for you.

They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.
