Seems like I'm not the only one suffering with issues connecting to Cisco AnyConnect.

Believe a router firmware is the cause of this issue, and the solution is to roll back to a previous version?

Disappointing there has not been a fix rolled out for everyone affected as looking at previous threads it seems to have been going on for a few weeks now!

Hi @vchauhan11

Apologies for this.

I've made a change to your router firmware, please can you retest?

There is a fix being rolled out for everyone. In the meantime the support team can organise a temporary solution when they are back online tomorrow.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here: How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - Help & Support.
