My contract has now finished and I have not received a returns bag. Could one be sent to my home address please

I have left TalkTalk as my contract ran out. I have updated my details on the forum and require a returns bag

@charlottecain_86, have you actually left?

 

Contract ending simply means that the minimum term has ended. Bills will continue to roll in at full price (you should have received an email about your options).

 

For staff to identify your account, please complete your community forum profile details. Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu....complete  Personal Information. Scroll down to find the button to SAVE CHANGES. 

 

If you have indeed left, they'll send a returns bag to the address associated with the account.
