DG8041W keeps resetting with kernel panic

Hi TalkTalk,

 

Like many other users here, my TalkTalk DG8041W (v1.0.5t) router keeps crashing with kernel panics and rebooting, and it's happening increasingly, now every hour.  This is incredibly bad for me as I keep getting dropped off my meetings. I need reliable service.

 

I have tried the support chat but the agent was not equipped to deal with the issue.

 

I have seen that other users here have had similar issues, which you have solved by pushing out a firmware update (v1.0.6):
