Hi,
I'm moving home in the following days and I tirelessly tried to move my current broadband. Sadly all effort ended with no result. I was only able to speak with someone on chat on Thur or Fri then no luck so far.
Chat stuck with pending on my message and nothing happens
When I try Moving home service I search my address that shows up but no deals pop up.
Can I even move my current broadband? I don't want doxing myself so what's the best way to deal with this?
