I have got an eero 6 as part of my contract renewal. I tried a few times to connect but never works. I am folosi g the instructions and I already tried all advised troubleshooting. It says ,your eero can’t reach the internet’ Can you please help? 🙏

It looks from the ONT that you have a City Fibre installation, you may need a profile change. The support team here can sort this out for you, make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
