OK, try the 30min power down as soon as you can as this can often resolve the issue in a lot of cases.

Hi

 

line tests are clear.  Profile is set at 40mb.  Actual sync speed is 19.9mb.

 

Can you power off the router for 30 minutes.  This will allow the current session to close and when powered back on, the router will negotiate a new session with the exchange.  We can then retest and see if the sync speed increases.

Are the speeds the same across all devices ?
