Is there any email support? I can only seem to find the community forum and no actual email support?
I'm having a couple issues with TalkTalk.
1) For the last 2 weeks the broadband has constantly been dropping out and the light on the router flashing amber. And the wifi now barely works upstairs.
2) I'm being overcharged. I used the pay £27 per month, which then went up to £52 after the contract ended. I read that once I renew it, it will go back down. So I renewed it for another 2 year but im now paying £51 a month?
