Yes, i sent them packing.
they wanted me to sign up to fibre with them as they had recently installed it in my area.
told them i was in an 18 month contract, and they said they could get round this by getting me to tell TalkTalk i was moving to an area which they don't cover and they would then move in!
I said that was totally unethical and not to bother me again.
From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here:
