Hi,

 
Please let me know when my current broadband contract ends so that I can terminate it.
 
Also, let me know if there is anything I need to do from my side.

Your contract end date is shown in My Account.

 

To cancel you need to give 30 days notice, so within the last month of your contract.

 

To give notice you will need to phone and speak to the Loyalty team.

If you are moving to another ISP you may be able to get them to handle this, but its always advisable to phone yourself.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
