In the past week my 5364 router has stopped connecting to the internet, the orange light is permanently on. I rolled back to an older talktalk router, Huawei HG633, which worked out the box. Though the data rate does seem to be getting throttled back to circa 25Mbs as against the guaranteed(?) >31Mbs, might just be the router and its age? I have made multiple attempts with the 5364 router but to no avail. The Huawei is simply a drop in replacement for the 5364 with no change to cabling or siting, This would suggest that the 5364 is faulty?
