Fibre 65 echo dot offer

I upgraded to fibre 65 when my previous contract was due to run out and was encouraged to do this with the offer of an echo dot and black hub router. Unfortunately I have not received the offer and the internet speed is no better than previously. How do I get what I signed up for?

I will escalate this to the team responsible for the codes, asking them to sent it out ASAP. 

 

I will request a Hub black for you.

Keep this thread here, to investigate the Fibre speed.

 

Post separately regarding the voucher only by starting a thread for that in the billing section of the forum.
