For the last week we've been suffering frequent disconnections from the internet (tho' the wi-fi remains on, with devices connected). This was confirmed using the Fast5364 hub dashboard.
I've run all the diagnostic tests (which showed no problems) and even did a full reset because it was so bad. I'm not sure if the original problem is still occurring, but the reset has re-introduced automatic wi-fi optimisation on my hub, which is causing daily havoc when it changes from my chosen channel settings (mostly on the 2.4GHz).
Could you please switch OFF the automatic wi-fi optimisation for my router?

I'm really sorry to hear this.
I've switched the WIFI optimisation off as requested.
Are wired connections also dropping?
