Had a message from openreach saying full fibre is now available on my street but your website says it is not

When Full fibre is available for us to sell we will contact all our customers in the area.

The fact that it may be available on the Openreach infrastructure does not necessarily mean that TalkTalk yet have an agreement to sell it on to you. 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
