Hi after a good run of a month, speeds are dropping again, down from 41 shortly after the Openreach engineer and a new wall box to 30 and holding. (35 to the router)

30 minute reboot hasn't tricked DLM.

All suggestions welcome.

Also the browse to attach link is not working in chrome /android. (for me)

Hi Divsec

If the connection does start to drop again or if the speed drops any further then please let me know and I will run some more tests.

Thanks

Thanks Debbie, I don't think there's much more we can do unfortunately the line is the line and rural Norfolk is very rural.

I'll keep a  eye on it and see where it goes.

Hi @Debbie-TalkTalk hope you had a good weekend. Connection still the same no voluntary disconnect from my side.

Please run the checks if you have the time.

I'm guessing it will be what it is. But I don't trust round numbers and 35000to the router......

Morning Divsec

How's the connection been since your last post?

Would you like me to run another test this morning and check the connection stats/speed?

Hi Divsec

Ahh no, ISHA 😞

I think if the connection and speed continues to drop then we will need to arrange another engineer visit, sorry.

I will check the connection stats again tomorrow to see if there are more re connections showing, will this be ok?

Yes Debbie, same router, same socket, same cabling. Only red herring change is the scaffolding in place to repair the roof damaged by Isha.

Weather is the same as the rest of the country wet with occasional winds.

Hi Divsec

Does it appear to be weather related?

Is everything set up the same as when the last engineer attended?

Hi Debbie, reconnection once yesterday and a second around Saturday other than that nothing deliberate.

Is this just the price I pay for living in deepest Norfolk.?

Hi Divsec

I'm so sorry to hear this.

I've completed another line test and this is clear and the line is in sync at 33.5mb

There are a number of re connections showing, how many times did you reboot the router? (it's showing more than 1 re connection)
