It has seen my speeds drop from 22 to 16. Or is dlm messing around, again.

Best I've ever had here, 39 / 11. Now all I have to do is work out where the fault is in my internals (not your problem) or convince my wife another set of leads and cables is OK.
BBC I player is now offering me UHD content, thanks @Chris-TalkTalk, @Michelle-TalkTalk, @Debbie-TalkTalk for all your assistance and perseverance.

Thanks for trying that. Line test is showing a sync speed now of 41.6/10.6, could you try another speed test and let me know how you get on

Hi Divsec,
Line test is passing and connection appears to be stable now. There hasn't actually been a profile change since the 9th so the drop in speed seems to be due to something other than a profile change. Is your router currently connected to your test socket?

Ah it's no problem. If the connection now remains stable then hopefully DLM will bring the speeds back up again. Would it be ok if we check this again tomorrow to see if DLM has made any changes?

Hi @Michelle-TalkTalk phone is fine, there was a storm but 30 minutes afterwards, don't tell me the exchange got knocked about a bit!

Thanks for confirming. Is there any noise on the voice service? Did you notice if this may have been weather related? (heavy rain/or thunder)
