Hi there.
So I have tried to do the online change of address as I will move home this weekend and it says that it was not possible and to call the dedicated move team and so I called but after giving all the details etc etc I am being told that my call cannot be taken by a robotic voice 2 times and it hangs up(I tried severals times. Can I get as response asap as I need my internet changed. This is really frustrating. Thanks.

I have tried to call repeatedly but it just says 2 time sorry but your call cannot be completed and it hangs up and also for live chat I cannot seem to find it or see it anywhere on the site.

You could ask them to put a bar on your current service, so nobody else can use it.
