Is it your intention to leave without any service at all, or switch to another provider? If the latter, then in most cases the new provider can make all the arrangements for you.

Hi @John London sometimes it feels like a ouija board is needed, but chat would be useful and provide a transcript, or by phone on 03451720046 (not 24 hours but usually office hours)
