Hi - I configure port forwarding to a computer in my local network but can't connect from the internet. Do I have the latest firmware?

Would you like us to send a Sagemcom Wifi hub instead? The HG633 is one of our older routers.

The firmware revision will not affect this, but yes that is the current version. Please include screenshots in your reply or PM them to me to protect your privacy, so that I can check them for you.
