I called talk talk on the 14th Feb to cancel my new account as I wanted to stay with BT. The hub has arrived today and BT have informed me tonight the change over is not cancelled. They have informed I need it cancelled tonight or I will be cut off by BT on Monday, how can I get this cancelled tonight as I am not happy.

You have left this a bit late haven't you? You do have a cooling off period so call 0345 072 0088 after 9:00 tomorrow and they can arrange your cancellation.
