When watching an internet program through smart TV, the TV program freezes and we have to reboot the router to work
Any ideas to how we can resolve this?

Hi
Your broadband line is in sync at 9.5mb, this is correct for your ADSL service. I've reset the port and all looks ok.
How is the TV connected to the router, is it Wi-Fi or a direct cable connection ?
