Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am interested in upgrading my broadband package. Could you please let me know if there is an option for a 12-month contract? I will be staying here for only one year.

The contract I renewed just a couple of months ago is for 12 months only.

 

They seem to have kept on short contracts for Fast Broadband. It may depend on the package, @nishiki?

As far as I am aware we dont have 12 month contracts anymore, minimum is 18 months max is 24. 

 

The loyalty team may be able to help (03451720088).

Hi,

 

You would be best phoning and speaking to the loyalty team regarding this.

 

Most ISPs are now moving to 24 month contracts as standard, but the loyalty team may have leeway on this.
