Hi, I've been experiencing intermittent losses of internet connection, landline is good with no noises.

The router lights move between solid white, flashing orange, orange, and flashing white. This has happened at least twice this afternoon. Has the router enjoyed too much of the festivities?

I haven't tried to reboot the router yet.

The next step will be an Openreach engineer visit to the property, would you like me to arrange this visit?

Hi @Debbie-TalkTalk yes thanks for checking yesterday we had issues and big packet loss, the public ip changed., and that seems to have repeated around midnight.

So yes something, frustratingly, is intermittently wrong

The line is in sync at 28.7mb but it's also showing a line fault.

That's great. DLM may improve the speed a bit more. I will check in again on Friday just to see how the connection has been.

Hi @Debbie-TalkTalk back up and running, still on 30 and synching at 38.

Firmware... 174 so that should be OK. 

Old router back in post tomorrow.

Hi @Debbie-TalkTalk hope you are well this morning. Yodel are delivering today, I'll drop you a line when it is up and running.

Over the weekend it all went sideways, first the hub encountered major packet loss, then it gave up completely. I popped on my draytek which connected nicely but DLM had intervened and knocked my speeds down to 16, although synching at higher than ever at this address. The DLM changed me up to 30, still there at the moment and I'll wait for the new router before trying to encouraged DLM to be even more generous.
