Intermittent connection

Hi, I've been experiencing intermittent losses of internet connection, landline is good with no noises.

The router lights move between solid white, flashing orange, orange, and flashing white. This has happened at least twice this afternoon. Has the router enjoyed too much of the festivities?

I haven't tried to reboot the router yet.

I'm sorry to hear this.

 

The line test is clear but I can see re connections on the line.

 

Would you like me to send a replacement router?
