Called yesterday in a chat for over an hour then the supposed person vanished. Went through lots of steps even had to send pics then nothing. Along comes someone else wanting to go through it all from start. Seem automated instead of live chat. Tried to phone he was useless too so still stuck her with no internet.. going round in circles.. not happy. Looking to change supplier

Please can you add your name and TalkTalk landline number to your Community Profile, we can then take a look at this for you.

If you would like to give all of the details of your problem, then I am sure that we can help you via this Community.
To save yourself time, please make sure that your community profile includes your first & last names, broadband phone number & if possible an alternative contact number. This can be done by clicking on your Avatar picture then click on "My Settings" followed by:-
Personal Profile > Personal Information
Otherwise, TalkTalk will not be able to tie up your forum username to your broadband account. Only you & TalkTalk have visibility of your details.
