Good morning,
My new broadband provider installed on Wednesday afternoon ( 23rd October 2024 )
Since then I stopped using TalkTalk broadband.
Both I and the new provider informed you in advance that I will be leaving TalkTalk as documented through your Chat portal where Broadband and Homephone services were to be cancelled.
Please confirm both Broadband and Homephone have now been disconnected.
When can I expect your final bill and what do you require further from me.
