I have always been pleased with TalkTalk, but recently have an issue. All my devices, iPad, desktop, iPhones, and laptop have good connection, but I have recently noticed an issue just with my laptop. I have a relatively new (one year old) laptop and I regularly use this every week for zoom meetings. Until a few weeks ago it was fine but I now keep getting low bandwidth messages as soon as I connect to the meetings and have had to resort to my iPad instead. No problems like this on iPad. I would prefer to use my laptop as it has a bigger screen. Has anyone any idea what causes this?

What make/model of router do you have & what laptop is it? How is the laptop connected to the router?
