My broadband service has been passively migrated from Shell Energy to Talk Talk. When I started using Shell Energy, I was promised I would enjoy 6 months free broadband and a free credit of GBP30. Furthermore, about 2 months ago, I experienced a broadband outage for a few days and Shell Energy promised a compensation of GBP30 would be credited to my account.
Please advise if these have already been properly transferred to my new account with Talk Talk.

Any agreement with Shell will be carried over to the new TalkTalk account.
