I moved home on the 22 Dec and fibre 65 broadband has been working fine even though it has been slow but this morning when l woke up the broadband has stopped working and the router has a a slow flashing light. I have tried to rest but its not helped. What can l do to get it connected? Thanks

Just to confirm, when you moved into the property did you take over the existing line (change of ownership) or did you place a new order?

Thank you for you reply. Yes l did that after l couldnt get thr router to connect after reset. It said they are looking into it and try again in a few days.
I dont use my landline phone. Prev tennant didnt have any problems with his broadband and l beleive he was also w TT.

Have you tried running the tests available in the Service Centre? Is all OK with your phone service?
Subject to that, this has been flagged up to the support team and they will respond as soon as they can.
