Moving Home

I need help to change the address and moving home asap!!! I have tried doing so but is says I have an outstanding balance and can not do so - knowing I have just payed my bill but it has not been updated, despite refreshing the page and logging out. Please help as I need this to be fixed asap and have wifi in my new home as I often work from home.
