If not, only the minimum term has ended, and they will keep billing you out of contract until you notify them. They will need 30 days' notice.
Cancellation cannot be done through the forum, and it's better to phone directly on 03451 720088 rather than using Chat, as they still then have to call you back. Open 9am till 7pm on weekdays and till 6pm on Saturday.
If it's cancelled, forum staff can certainly send you a returns bag.
Keep a certificate of posting.
