Hi,
I find myself without a Hub or router of any kind currently (long story).
Can't seem to find a Hub ordering link on the TalkTalk site.
Whats the best way to order a TalkTalk Hub?

Hi 636_Onions
Have you spoken to the team in regards to upgrading to full fibre? A new router should be supplied when you upgrade if you don't have one.

Hi Michelle,
Thank you for the response.
Unfortunately it looks like it was taken to the council recycling site 5 or 6 years ago when the attic was reinsulated.
From Gliwmaeden2's reply it looks like its worth me upgrading to full fibre. I'm guessing a Hub would be supplied with the upgrade?
Grateful for any advice.

@636_Onions, at that stage you should have returned the old router for recycling.
How long ago was it?
Also, your current package is very out of date, so probably unnecessarily expensive.
See the pricing information here. The up to date equivalent would be "Fast Broadband" but it's worth seeing whether Fibre to the Cabinet [FTTC] or full fibre to the premises [FTTP] is available to you on a new contract:

Call 03451 720088 or use Chat to discuss this with the Loyalty team.
Wait to hear back from staff first though.
You do need to answer the question about what became of the old router though!
Staff will be back on here in the morning.

Hello,
Can I just ask what happened to the original router please?
Thanks
Michelle

OK. Thank you for responding.
I have a 'SimplyBroadband with Fibre' package. Cant get any more tech info as webpage just gives an 'oops...reload' message.
I replaced my original TalkTalk Hub with a TP-Link router/modem years ago. Now that router has stopped working, so, I need a new router/modem.
I was hoping to get/buy a new TalkTalk Hub, but I'm not sure of how to order one. Thats the question I'm asking.
Can I order a new TalkTalk Hub?
And if I can, how do I do that?
If I have to pay, I will do.

A little more explanation is needed, @636_Onions!
