Hi

 

Openreach will charge £128 for the relocation of the line.  If the cable feed is ran underground, it will also depend on where the line is fed from, and if it is feasible to reroute another way.  none of which can be guaranteed if this is booked for you as this is solely at the discretion of Openreach.

May I ask why? it looks like a standard Openreach fibre installation, was the location not discussed with you at the time? Or have you taken over the property subsequently. 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
